In preparing for an upcoming meeting, I printed out many sheets of paper to write notes. I soon realized this mess of papers, many of which were from sets of multiple page documents, presented a problem. Enter design solution. I made color coded shapes so I could visually organize which pages belong together and then placed a number before each shape so I could order each group. This allowed me to easily organize all my notes without having to see each full page.
